Approval flows streamline the decision-making process by enabling designated individuals to review and authorize documents before sending documents out, ensuring an efficient and compliant approval process. Internal approvers can edit the document, leave comments, and approve, all without the counterparty seeing the approver's involvement.

###### Automatic signature fetching

When sending out for approval, you can enable the document to be automatically sent out for signature once approvals are completed.

###### Template level locking

Apply internal approval flows at the template level to ensure that all necessary approvals are performed any time a template is used.
