- Your data is not used for model training: Oneflow does not use your customer data to train AI models, and data sent to its AI providers is not used for model training.
- Your information stays separate from other customers’: Your contract data is not shared across Oneflow customers. This does not mean it never leaves Oneflow – relevant content may be processed by third-party AI providers to deliver the feature you choose to use.
- Know the technology behind the feature: Different Oneflow AI capabilities use different technologies, including Oneflow-hosted AI and third-party providers. Review the supplier information and applicable terms for the features you enable; providers and processing locations can differ.
- AI on your own terms: AI functionality is optional. Use the available account settings to manage its use in line with your organization’s policies.
- Your judgment comes first: AI helps you work with contract information – it does not replace professional expertise or legal advice. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, or other important decisions.
