Integrate your CRM system to Oneflow

Salesforce is one of the most recognized names in the modern business world. It’s a company at the tip of the tongue for many, especially those who work in sales. They’ve become a global heavyweight and have demonstrated their ability to help smaller firms grow exponentially and scale up. Lots of companies make complementary products, but Oneflow’s truly digital contracts stand out for being a truly native app within Salesforce.

“Working with Salesforce starts with becoming an ISV (Independent Software Vendor),” says Amaury Besse, Salesforce Partnership Manager at Oneflow. “It’s really just getting your foot in the door and on the app exchange. After that is when the real work starts.”

“Negotiating inside your contracts on the fly is a huge difference-maker, same with being mobile responsive as over 50% of contracts are opened on phones or tablets today. Plus it’s all done safely and securely in one live document, inside of Salesforce.”

Grow with flow

Being listed on the app exchange is a good start, but what really matters is growth. Salesforce is a great CRM to grow with as they love to see other companies growing. And Oneflow has grown by leaps and bounds over the last year. We’ve doubled our headcount in that time period. Tripled our user growth, opened a new office in Finland, and now send and sign contracts on four continents.

That growth, along with our native app within Salesforce, has caused sales teams and Salesforce users to place their trust in Oneflow as their digital contract solution. The effects on their sales processes are felt immediately and noticeable right away.

“Our users love how our digital contracts shorten their sales cycle. Not only for them but for their clients as well. It’s the customizable aspect of our contracts that makes their processes run smoother,” Amaury says.

A real game-changer is the fact that you can negotiate within your contracts with your counterparty without ever having to leave Salesforce.

“Negotiating inside your contracts on the fly is a huge difference-maker, same with being mobile responsive as over 50% of contracts are opened on phones or tablets today.” Amaury goes on to say, “Plus it’s all done safely and securely in one live document, inside of Salesforce.”

Within Salesforce; Data flows, all over

Within Salesforce, Oneflow allows you to work interactively with lots of data flowing back and forth, which triggers other workflows. You can even build your own custom workflows with Salesforce flows. Also, you can create a contract from any salesforce object. Even custom ones.

Contracts can be messy, difficult, and complex. Same with working within Salesforce. Things can get hectic. So having a straightforward and user-friendly product is pivotal. When it comes to Oneflow’s native app within Salesforce, Amaury puts it this way:

“(Oneflow) is a clear-cut solution for a complex problem.”
