This year in review, Oneflow delivered a suite of innovative features and improvements designed to simplify contract management, enhance collaboration, and prioritise security. Here’s a look at what made 2024 a standout year.
Everything we shipped in 2024
Smarter, faster collaboration
We rolled out Suggestions, so that users can propose, track, and apply edits directly in contracts, eliminating email chains and improving clarity. Complementing this, Inline Comments allows teams to negotiate and discuss directly in the document, streamlining discussions and keeping all communication in one place.
PDFs became interactive
With Fields on PDF, users can now drag and drop interactive fields onto PDFs, making it easier than ever to create fillable documents, reduce errors, and speed up workflows.
AI Assist got an upgrade
Our improved AI Assist is now more intuitive: simply highlight text, click the AI button, and generate, summarise, or translate tailored content with ease, all in a few clicks.
Streamlined approval processes
New approval flows allow internal reviews to be seamless, with template-level rules, and optional automated sending, ensuring contracts meet compliance requirements while reducing administrative overhead.
A refreshed look
We unveiled a sleek, modern design that brings your logo to the forefront of the contract for your counterparty, and features an intuitive sidebar to streamline navigation.
Security, security, security
We’re proud to announce that we achieved ISO certifications for Information Security (27001), Quality (9001), and Environment (14001), solidifying our commitment to security, quality, and sustainability.
Permissions that fit your unique org setup
Admins now have more control with new account-level and workspace permissions, allowing secure delegation of tasks like billing and workspace branding updates.
AI Review & AI Insights
We launched a Beta program for select users to test our new AI Review feature, designed to analyse individual contracts before signing, and AI Insights, which evaluates entire contract portfolios to uncover potential risks.
Integrations year in review highlights
Introduced Oneflow x Salesforce 2.0
We made major improvements to our Salesforce integration, making it possible for users to sync their price book products or CPQ setup into multiple product tables. As usual, our bi-directional data sync ensures accuracy across Salesforce and contracts – minimising admin and risk.
Automation, automation, automation
HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hub users now have the ability to automate contracts using Workflows. This allows users to automatically create and send Oneflow contracts based on triggers, such as when a lead submits a web form or when the stage of a deal is changed.
Improved product table sync from HubSpot
It’s now possible to automatically separate HubSpot line items into multiple product tables in a Oneflow document, allowing users to automatically group products based on specific properties. Last but not least, we’ve enabled a seamless currency and date format sync between HubSpot and Oneflow, ridding you of mismatched data.
Oneflow x Upsales’ seamless pricing sync
Major updates were made to the integration – enabling teams to seamlessly transfer product data, automatically separate one-time and recurring prices, and include custom data fields.
Keep pipelines in sync to proposal stage in Pipedrive
We’ve made it easy to ensure sales pipelines are up to date without manual hassle. As soon as a contract’s status is updated (e.g. created, sent, signed) the deal in Pipedrive will automatically be moved to the stage you’ve mapped the contract stage to.
New integrations
Oneflow x Recruto
This integration allows users to create and manage contracts directly from Recruto profile-cards. Collaborate with candidates, edit contracts in real-time, and track the status in Recruto.
Oneflow x OnePageCRM
OnePageCRM gives access to Oneflow contracts and allows you to add follow-up reminders next to any sales opportunities and records in your CRM system..
Looking ahead
2024 was all about empowering users with smarter tools, faster workflows, and stronger security. We’re excited to keep pushing boundaries and making contract management even more effortless in 2025.
