Product Updates

Avoid confusing proposals with Oneflow for Salesforce

We’ve built our Salesforce integration to make it easier for both reps and prospects by removing as much friction as possible from the proposal process. We hope these updates are no exception!

Sales teams can now:

  • Automatically sync products and pricing – Whether you use Salesforce CPQ or the price book you can seamlessly sync product data into a Oneflow contract, and back to Salesforce. Any changes made to product attributes such as name, description, price, discount, and so on, will automatically be reflected inside the contract, and vice versa.
  • Separate your offering into multiple product tables – Organize your services and products into separate product tables based on categories, bundles or any other criteria.
  • Sync with Salesforce’s CPQ – Pricing rules defined in Salesforce’s CPQ are automatically synced to Oneflow, enabling contracts to accurately reflect your configured pricing and discounts.
  • Sync currency – Make sure your pricing’s accurate across countries by syncing your currency from Salesforce to your contract.
  • Save contracts as PDFs – Download signed Oneflow contracts as PDF files and attach them to corresponding Salesforce objects.

So with our new-and-improved Salesforce integration, sales teams will be able to continue to streamline their proposal process, by having:

Increased control & minimized risk

  • Avoid misunderstandings with clear and structured proposals when it comes to your pricing and products, and make sure you have that consistency across reps and teams.
  • Ensure that the most up-to-date product and pricing information available in Salesforce is applied across your contracts, reducing the risk of errors and discrepancies – or worse, potential misquoting and revenue loss.

Increased efficiency & reduced admin

  • Remove unnecessary manual data entry when it comes to your product data in Salesforce, saving your reps significant chunks of time.
  • Enjoy a more streamlined workflow in your sales team, where you can use contract metadata to identify bottlenecks and optimize your process.

Improved flexibility & simplified decision-making

  • Make it as easy as possible for your prospects to navigate your offering.
  • Simplified buying process with clear pricing tables can facilitate quicker approval from decision-makers.

Why Oneflow for Salesforce

By switching from clunky PDFs to live and easy-to-edit proposals you can spend most of your time where you should: moving your deal forward without annoying admin slowing you down.

On top of increased pricing flexibility, our integration gives you:

  • Complete visibility – Track the status of your contracts without leaving Salesforce. Everything’s clearly tracked in your opportunities.
  • A secure and fast signing process – Close deals faster with secure e-signatures. The moment a contract is signed, both parties receive a fully-executed copy, and the opportunity status is automatically updated in Salesforce.
  • Flexibility across your sales process – Customize the integration and change the default logic to meet all of your specific business needs. Use Flows to build custom contract automation across your sales process.
