Nordberg Medical is a Swedish biotechnology and medical device company. They develop advanced biomaterials that the body can naturally break down, used within medical aesthetics.
Their products are based on research in regenerative science and designed to support the body’s natural healing processes. All products are developed and manufactured in Sweden, and the company is expanding rapidly across the globe.
Cecilia Alm works as a Human Resources Coordinator and supports HR operations as the organization grows. Much of Cecilia’s work revolves around regulatory compliance, onboarding processes, and optimizing HR systems. At Nordberg Medical, Oneflow is primarily used by the HR team to manage and sign important documents such as employment contracts, compliance-related materials, and payroll documentation.

From friction to flow
Before using Oneflow, Nordberg Medical had several different providers, but none offered a solution that worked well for their needs. Tracking the signing process for employment contracts was difficult, and both the talent team and candidates spent a lot of time troubleshooting.
If any part of the contract needed to be updated, the entire process had to be cancelled and restarted from the beginning. This resulted in unnecessary delays, friction between stakeholders, and, naturally, frustration.

Finding the right solution
Cecilia first came across Oneflow in a previous role when a Oneflow sales representative reached out. After testing the tool, she was convinced, saying that “after that there was no going back.”

They have full control over every document, can quickly identify and solve issues when something goes wrong, and no longer have to worry about unsigned agreements. Traceability, flexibility, and a clear overview allow them to work confidently and remain compliant in all countries where they operate.
Another feature Cecilia highlights is SMS signing, which simplifies sending urgent documents directly to a candidate’s phone, enabling immediate signing. When a document needs updating, the team no longer has to create a new version from scratch. All changes can be made directly in the same document, and the comment section allows candidates and internal stakeholders to communicate in one place.
Cecilia emphasizes the combination of simplicity and control as one of the biggest benefits, as Oneflow provides everything they need to manage important documents smoothly and securely.

All good things come in threes
When Nordberg Medical began evaluating a new HRIS, integrations were a key part of the decision. They wanted to automate as much of the repetitive administrative work as possible, as the company is growing quickly and hiring at a fast pace.
The integration between Jobylon, Oneflow, and HiBob streamlines the entire process from offer to preboarding. When a candidate accepts the employment agreement, the information is automatically transferred via Oneflow’s two way sync, and onboarding workflows begin immediately in HiBob. “It keeps all information in one place and HR can easily track the progress.”
Nordberg Medical had outgrown its previous HR system. With employees in eighteen countries, they needed an HRIS capable of scaling, offering flexibility, and supporting regional compliance without requiring manual workarounds.
