Together with sister companies e-Avrop and Kommers Annons, Pabliq helps suppliers that sell products and services to the public sector identify relevant business opportunities. The company supports customers across Sweden and plays an important role in connecting suppliers with public organisations.
The interview is with Pabliq’s Sales Manager, who has been part of the company since it was founded in 2019. What started as a sales role has grown alongside the business, and today the responsibility covers sales operations from the Stockholm office.
“Since Pabliq was founded in 2019, I’ve been part of the journey. I started in sales and today I work as Sales Manager at our Stockholm office.”
That long-term perspective gives a clear view of how everyday work has changed as the company has grown.
“We wanted to move away from manual email contracts”
Before using Oneflow, Pabliq did not have a dedicated system for contract management. Contracts were handled through email and stored manually, which made the process slow and difficult to manage. There was no simple way for both the sales team and the customer to work from the same version of an agreement.
Time quickly became the biggest challenge. Manual steps took focus away from sales and customer conversations, and creating, sending and following up on contracts felt unnecessarily complicated.

It became clear that something needed to change.
Finding the right fit
Pabliq had already tried another solution, but it did not meet expectations. That experience triggered a broader search for alternatives.

Today, Oneflow is part of everyday work at Pabliq. The entire sales team uses it daily to create quotes and contracts, and a large number of agreements are generated every month.
“They use Oneflow every day and feel that it’s smooth and makes it easier to do business with customers.”
A typical workflow starts in the CRM system. Once a deal is created, only a couple of steps remain before a finished contract is ready to be sent to the customer. With predefined contract and quote templates, documents are generated automatically with the correct customer data, creating a fast and consistent process.
“From the moment we create a deal in our CRM, we are basically just two steps away from a finished contract that can be sent to the customer.”
Implementation was straightforward and required little effort. The team adopted the new way of working quickly, and the response internally was positive from the start.
Oneflow x HubSpot integration
Oneflow is integrated with HubSpot, giving sales better visibility and control over their deals. One feature the team especially values is being able to see when customers open and read contracts, as well as receiving notifications when a document is signed.
“We get much better visibility and can easily see when customers open and read the contract.”
The integration was easy to set up and works seamlessly. As a result, CRM administration has improved, manual work has decreased and the path from deal to signed contract has become clearer and more predictable.
When sales teams get time back for real conversations
Pabliq’s goal is to continue growing sales while keeping a way of working that supports efficiency and focus. Oneflow already plays a key role by making the contract process faster and more structured, freeing up time for conversations and customer meetings instead of administration.
“We can now spend more time on calls and customer meetings instead of administrative work.”
Feedback has been positive both internally and externally. Customers and partners appreciate the clarity and security of digital signing, while internally the team highlights templates, e-signing and overall visibility as major benefits.
