Qurrent is an independent service provider specializing in energy resources like battery storage and renewable power.
Using advanced algorithms and AI, their platform optimizes these resources to increase revenue and support a more stable and sustainable power grid.
The company was founded by Mats Lindelöw and Nils Kernell, combining deep expertise from renewable energy and tech. Today, they’re a Stockholm-based team of 20, working closely with partners, installers, and market players to accelerate the energy transition – one smart integration at a time.
We spoke to Nora Ekström, Business Developer at Qurrent, who focuses on partnerships, market analysis, and building scalable business models in a fast-changing industry.

“We needed something more transparent and connected”
With multiple stakeholders – from service partners to resource owners – Qurrent needed a CRM and contract process that could keep up with their growth.
Before Oneflow, agreements were handled through a previous provider, with several pain points:
- Manual data entry and repetitive admin.
- No clear overview of contract status.
- Difficult internal collaboration.
“It was hard to know what was signed, what was pending, and who had the latest version,” says Nora. “We needed something more transparent and connected”. When the team decided to implement HubSpot as their new CRM, they quickly realized their old contract tool didn’t integrate smoothly. That’s when their implementation partner, Resultify, suggested looking at Oneflow.

Oneflow in action
Today, Oneflow is used across Qurrent’s commercial processes, with 50–60 agreements sent every month.
Through the Oneflow x HubSpot integration, all agreements are created directly from HubSpot:
- Agreements are generated automatically with data from HubSpot.
- Two-way sync keeps information up to date in both systems.
- Signatures and input fields flow back to HubSpot instantly.
- The team can track the status of all contracts directly in HubSpot.
“We can pull site-specific information straight from HubSpot into the agreement, and when it’s signed, all data flows back automatically. No manual work, no risk of errors.”
The team works with a mix of reusable templates and customized agreements. Most of the process – from creation to collaboration and signing – happens inside Oneflow.
“Oneflow is incredibly user-friendly. The templates save us hours every week, and the HubSpot integration works flawlessly. Plus, the support team is great – it’s a tool that just works.”
Next up: improving their post-signing workflows to make the entire lifecycle fully traceable.

It didn’t take long before the benefits became clear. Within a few weeks, Qurrent saw major improvements:
