Hanna Nordling, Head of HR for Werksta in Sweden, joined the company with a clear mission: to put the right structure in place to support sustainable growth.
Since its founding in 2015, Werksta Group has pursued a clear strategy of growing through acquisitions. Today, the company operates across multiple countries and continues to expand rapidly. This kind of growth brings constant change, making structure and well-defined processes critical.
As Hanna explains, her role is not just about keeping up with growth, but about enabling it.

Werksta before Oneflow: when manual processes no longer scale
Before adopting Oneflow, much of Werksta’s HR work was handled manually. Agreements were managed across different systems, often via email or spreadsheets, making it difficult to maintain a clear overview.
In a fast-growing organization, this quickly became a bottleneck.
It wasn’t just about inefficiency. It was also about risk. When information is spread across systems or individuals, the chances of things being lost or overlooked increase.
At the same time, rapid growth made it harder to keep track of the organization in real time.
Why Werksta chose Oneflow to bring structure to growth
As the organization grew, the need for change became clear. For Hanna, it was about building a more scalable and sustainable foundation for HR.
Digitizing contracts became a key step, both to streamline workflows and to ensure compliance, including GDPR.
When Werksta started using Oneflow, what stood out was its simplicity.
In an organization with a wide range of roles and varying levels of digital maturity, ease of use is essential.
How Werksta uses Oneflow in day-to-day HR work
Today, Oneflow is used across several parts of Werksta’s operations in Sweden. In this case, the focus is on how the HR team uses it to manage employment contracts and related documents.
The biggest shift has been how smooth the process has become. What previously required in-person meetings can now be handled entirely digitally.
This has not only improved internal efficiency, but also created a better experience for candidates and employees.
At the same time, Werksta has gained greater structure and control, with all agreements stored in one place.
“Now we know it’s all in one place… now we have control.”

Werksta x Oneflow: 250 agreements per year, saving over a month of work time
The impact becomes especially clear at scale. In Sweden, Werksta handles around 250 agreements per year, including both new hires and updated employment contracts.
At that volume, the shift from physical signing meetings to digital workflows translates into 30 to 45 working days saved per year.
Just as important is the improved control. Instead of searching through email threads or scattered systems, everything is now centralized.
This makes it easier to work in a structured way as the organization continues to grow.
With Oneflow in place, Werksta is building a stronger foundation for continued growth
Werksta is still in the midst of its growth journey, with new acquisitions and an expanding workforce.
At the same time, the digitalization of HR processes in Sweden is ongoing. Not everything is fully in place yet, but the direction is clear: reduce manual work and build more structured, scalable processes over time.
Oneflow has become a practical step in that direction.
By digitizing contract management, Werksta has already simplified workflows, saved time, and improved control.
That creates immediate value today, while also laying the groundwork for continued growth.
