It started with a need to eliminate paperwork. For The Assessment Company, a forward-thinking consultancy with deep expertise in strategy, skills development and recruitment, it was time to wave goodbye to manual processes, emails and PDFs. “We handled most of it manually. It was a lot of emails, PDFs and cut-and-paste,” says Steffen. “We felt that the solution we were using was not up to scratch; it lacked flexibility, customization and didn’t seem very accurate to the person signing the contract.”

“We did a lot ourselves and the implementation was very fast. The ability to be self-service and build your own data feed saved us a lot of time. The way the integration with Hubspot was solved allowed us to own the process and optimize along the way,” says Steffen.

Everyone at The Assessment Company uses Oneflow. The commercial team is the biggest user, but also the trainee program, supplier management and eventually internal recruitment rely on the tool.
“It’s a tool that you use once and then it sticks. People realize how it works and it just flows,” says Steffen.
With 20-30 contracts a month – and counting – it’s important that the process is both robust and intuitive.

- A deal is moved to “solution proposal” in Hubspot.
- Oneflow automatically creates a contract with data from the deal via the integration with Hubspot.
- The customer receives the contract for signing, and all the information is already in place.
- When the signing is complete, the deal is automatically set to “Closed Won”.
