Enjoy unlimited number of contracts and new updated contract cards
HubSpot users can now create and manage as many contracts as needed across deals, companies, contacts, and more – providing increased flexibility across upsell and expansion. We’ve also given the Oneflow contract cards a fresh look-and-feel, ensuring faster load times and an overall better experience.
In order to enjoy these benefits, you need to upgrade to the latest version of the Oneflow application.
New Fields on PDF
Users can now drag and drop interactive fields on top of their PDF.
Sending PDFs through Oneflow has never been easier with form fields you can drag and drop onto your document.
- Speed and efficiency – by having form fields on your PDFs, you don’t have to gather information from your counterparty before uploading your contract into Oneflow
- Enhanced collaboration – let your counterparty fill in their information on their own, to reduce the opportunity of filling it on wrong on their behalf, and saving time of having to gather information
- User friendly – simply drag and drop the fields onto the PDF
Flexible signing order
Add, edit or remove participants, even after a signing order is applied.
This feature offers greater flexibility, as the 'participants' section remains accessible and editable after enabling signing order.
- Enhanced Control for Document Owners: Only owners with editing rights can modify the signing order. This ensures that document management remains strictly in the hands of the owner while maintaining workflow integrity.
- Partial Editability Based on Invitation Status: Owners can adjust the order only for participants who haven’t yet received their invitation. For any needed modifications on already invited participants, owners are advised to remove and re-add the participant.
- Exclusions for Import Flow: To keep things streamlined, the import flow will not support signing order adjustments or approval functionalities. This flow remains simplified for status marking only.
Handwritten signature toggle
If you want to disable the functionality of typed handwritten signatures, you can now toggle this off in your admin’s Data Management tab.
Signing order on template level
Users can now require a signing order on the template level.
This functionality ensures that all users of the template are required to abide by the signing order set by the template creator.
Upgrades to AI Assist
We’ve made our AI Assist easier to access and easier to take action on.
With our new feature, accessing AI Assist is as easy as highlighting text and clicking the AI Assist button. Users can enter a custom prompt or select from the provided options. If satisfied with the generated content, they can instantly replace the highlighted text with just one click.
Suggestions
Users can now send suggest to add or delete text directly in the contract.
With this new functionality, business and enterprise users can:
- Make suggestions directly in the contract: Say goodbye to endless email threads and disjointed conversations. Suggestions allow you to communicate clearly and concisely right within the contract, making it easier to understand each other’s intentions and requirements.
- Track active or resolved suggestions: Apply, reject, and track suggestions with ease. With Suggestions, you can keep track of all unresolved suggestions, ensuring that no detail gets overlooked during the negotiation process.
- Transparent Audit Log: Every suggestion made, discussed, and decided upon is recorded in a transparent audit log. This log provides a comprehensive overview of the contract’s lifecycle, allowing you to review past discussions and decisions whenever needed.
- Enable or disable suggestions: Worried about maintaining control over the negotiation process? With Suggestions, you have the power to choose whether to enable suggestions at the contract level, giving them full control over how suggestions are utilized.
Seamlessly ensure accurate pricing across your proposals with Oneflow for Salesforce
Salesforce users can now create clearly structured proposal without manual hassle by syncing your price book products or CRP setup into multiple product tables, to ensure accurate pricing and minimize risk of human error. As usual, our bi-directional data sync ensures that any changes to the product table in the Oneflow document are automatically synced to your opportunity.
On top of that you’ll be able to:
- Sync currency – Make sure your pricing’s accurate across countries by syncing your currency from Salesforce to your contract.

Seamlessly group line items in HubSpot into multiple product tables
We’re excited to share that users can now sync line items from HubSpot into multiple product tables of a Oneflow document. This makes it possible for users to automatically group line items into several product tables based on HubSpot properties of their choice, for instance to reflect packaging. As usual, any updates or changes to line items inside the Oneflow product table will be automatically synced in the deal.
