Can web-based agreements really make you close more and faster than running an old school PDF? Is it really possible to get 100% control over all your agreements? But how has the implementation of Oneflow really affected Bisfront’s way of working? Well, firstly, the way they structure their contracts has improved tremendously. Now, they have a clear internal process, with all agreements gathered in one place, explains Fredrik. With the “Collections” feature, they can now sort all customer agreements, supplier agreements and employment contracts separately. Total organisation, in other words!

Web-based agreements + e-signing = win

But Oneflow provides more than just better structure and order, it also allows you to close more and bigger deals faster. By using web-based agreements instead of PDF, Bisfront increased its hit rate from 15% to 35%, and reduced the time it took to close the deal from 14 days to only 0-2 days, says Fredrik. And thanks to Oneflow’s real-time tracking, they are now able to keep track of the deal, if they are unable to close in a sitting meeting. Additionally, Bisfront can keep certain segments of the agreements open for customers to choose items and quantity themselves, allowing them to sell more per order.
