Major updates

Product Table Tax + Detailed Summary (Ramp-up)

Tax support in Product table is now available to all accounts (per-column tax on Price 1/Price 2, include/exclude tax, customizable labels). Detailed summary is enabled for demo accounts on Product table and Summation box (toggle Simple/Detailed; show/rename Subtotal, Discount, Tax, Total; global config prevents mixing Simple and Detailed in same contract).

Improvements

Pipedrive: Dropdown Field Mapping Support

Users can now map standard and custom dropdown fields across Pipedrive objects (Deal, Person, Organisation) to Oneflow. Supports single- and multi-select dropdown fields with smart sync, keeping dropdown values consistent and in sync between systems.

Improvements

New document list enabled by default for Business

Performance looked good for the new document list, so it has now been enabled as the default for Business.

Major updates

Multiple integrations in Playbooks (Demo accounts)

Playbooks (formerly template groups) can now connect to multiple integrations so customers can pull data from one system and sync to another within the same contract flow. First supported flows: Teamtailor/Jobylon → Oneflow → HiBob/Flex HRM/Workday. Admin Workflows page split into Integrations + Playbooks; fields can be mapped per integration and can include unconnected fields. Not all integration combinations are supported; no Q2C (CRM→ERP) flows yet.

Additional details (from the release thread):
- Tested multi-integration flows so far: Teamtailor → Oneflow → Flex; Teamtailor → Oneflow → HiBob; Jobylon → Oneflow → HiBob (and Jobylon → Oneflow → Flex was confirmed to work).
- Release rollout schedule: Essentials + Freemium done today; Business on Wednesday next week; Enterprise the week after.
- A release note for Teamtailor + HiBob is in progress; a video is being prepared to share alongside it. (Enablement materials/training planned after summer.)
- Playbooks can include custom fields not connected to any integration (e.g., to control section rules). This is supported with the new release and works for all integrations.

Major updates

New document list rollout started (Enterprise)

Rollout has begun for the new document list. Enterprise customers now see it as default (started ~13:20). Monitoring performance today; if stable, rollout to other plans tomorrow. Old document list remains accessible until additional improvements/stability work is complete (target late June). In-app mini guide will appear for users who haven’t explored the new document list yet.

Improvements

Oneflow x Pipedrive: Contract creation opens in embedded modal

In the Pipedrive integration, “Create Contract” now opens inside Pipedrive as an embedded iFrame modal (instead of a new browser tab). This makes contract creation feel native in Pipedrive and reduces context switching.

New features

Slack reminder notifications

Customers can now receive contract reminder notifications in Slack for expiring signing periods, upcoming end dates, and recurring contract periods, via Oneflow Slack bot DMs or selected channels.

Improvements

Zapier: create contracts from Gmail/Outlook attachments

Customers can automatically turn inbound Gmail/Outlook email attachments into Oneflow contracts via Zapier, reducing manual admin and speeding up contract creation.

New features

Bulk action: manage organizers

Users can add or remove organizers across multiple contracts at once, making it easier to keep contract responsibility up to date at scale. (No external link shared in the release post.)

Major updates

Salesforce integration v5.1 (major release)

Salesforce integration v5.1 refreshes the contract creation experience and adds product tax mapping support (when enabled), higher price/discount precision, improved participant/organizer sync, and security/UX enhancements.

Major updates

Microsoft Word integration: link the source Word document

Oneflow now stores a direct link to the source Word file when a contract is created from the Word add-in, so teams can redline in Word while managing approvals and sending in Oneflow.

Major updates

Dynamics: multiple product table mapping

When creating a contract from Dynamics, customers can route products into specific Oneflow product tables and group them based on Dynamics fields (configured per template), with two-way sync supported.
