Improvements

Bring data from deeper relationships into Dynamics contracts

The Microsoft Dynamics integration now lets customers bring fields from records several relationship levels away into Oneflow contracts, including standard and custom entities connected through supported lookup relationships. A relationship tree makes mappings easier to configure, while faster loading and visible version information simplify administration. Existing mappings and two-way sync for directly related records remain supported; deeper-entity sync currently works from Dynamics to Oneflow only and supports many-to-one relationships.

New integration

HubSpot Line Items Can Now Link to Custom Objects

Line items in HubSpot can now be associated with custom objects, in addition to deals and quotes. This helps teams model product and pricing data in HubSpot without workarounds. The capability is live, and existing deal and quote associations are unchanged.

New features

Org units tree view

Org units now includes an expandable tree view that makes company structures easier to understand and manage. See parent units, sub-units, and the hierarchy between them at a glance.

Workspaces under each org unit will be added in a future update.

Improvements

Match Customer Feature Requests to Product Opportunities

A temporary manual solution helps teams connect customer feature requests from Salesforce with the product opportunities being worked on. Use it to identify requests that have already been released or are on the way.

New features

Schedule time-limited entitlement access

You can now schedule how long an entitlement remains available, making it easier to offer time-limited trials and move conversations forward before customers purchase additional functionality.

If AI Insights is purchased separately, it will remain available even after the related entitlement expires.

New features

Bulk manage tags across multiple documents

Organize documents faster with bulk tag management. Add up to 20 tags to selected documents at once, or remove a tag from multiple documents in a single action.

The feature is available to all customers wherever bulk actions are supported and uses the same permissions as individual tag management.

Improvements

Faster Core and Staff app performance

The Core and Staff apps now load faster thanks to smaller download sizes, creating a smoother and more efficient experience. Core loading times improved by 69% with 73% smaller files, while Staff loading times improved by 65% with 74% smaller JavaScript files.

Improvements

Webhooks & webforms are now easier to identify

Admins can now give custom webhooks and webforms meaningful names and update them over time. This makes it easier to understand what each webhook/webform is connected to without relying on long URLs.

Support is also being added so integrations and the Public API can start using these names as well.

New features

Content Library released for Enterprise customers

Content Library is now available to all Enterprise customers. It lets teams save reusable sections once and insert them into templates and documents.

In templates, inserted library content stays synced and read-only, and updates to the library can automatically flow to every template using it (with an option to disconnect for local edits). In documents, inserted content is disconnected to avoid risk from syncing.

Includes two new permissions: “Create, edit and delete content” (manage content) and “Use available content” (use content).

Help Center article: https://support.oneflow.com/hc/en-se/articles/51329325941137-Content-library

Positioning vs “clause library”: A clause library typically focuses on legally approved contract provisions managed by legal teams. Oneflow’s Content Library is broader—reusable contract content for a wider set of users—added/inserted as sections (currently text sections; other section types may come later).

Improvements

Staff panel: schedule a free period for Platform (and add-ons)

You can now add Platform and other unique products (e.g., SSO) with a free period and a later paid start date in the same order group.

Set the product price to 0.00 for the free period, then schedule the cancellation and the paid amount to begin when the free period ends. A toast will warn if there’s already an active order for that product, since only one active order is allowed.

Major updates

Salesforce integration v5.34: AI import, data reconcile & more

Oneflow eSignatures and Contract Management for Salesforce v5.34 introduces several improvements:

- AI-powered import of signed contracts directly from the Salesforce contract widget, including automated extraction of key contract details and progress tracking.
- Reconcile Contract Data (Oneflow → Salesforce) via a new Salesforce Flow action to pull the latest contract data into Salesforce with background processing and status reporting.
- Customizable document name generation through a configurable Flow, allowing admins to define naming formats and extend to additional objects without code changes.
- Contract creation & update dates now reflect the timestamps from Oneflow (including time), not the Salesforce record.
- Simplified access setup with required permission set groups assigned automatically during package installation.
- Improved webhook compatibility for more robust and predictable processing.

Available now on Salesforce AppExchange.

Improvements

HiBob integration: upcoming salary & promotion details in contracts

Oneflow’s HiBob integration can now fetch an employee’s upcoming approved role and salary changes (not just current values) directly into contracts.

To use it, map the new “upcoming” fields in the data field configuration, add them to your HiBob contract template, then fetch using the employee’s email or HiBob ID and refresh the contract.
