The challenge: slow, manual and fragmented contract processes
Before Oneflow, PTSG’s contract management process was complex, inconsistent, and time-consuming.
Different parts of the business used different tools, including Docusign, but there was no standardized or integrated way of working. Creating a single employment contract involved multiple manual steps:
- Collecting data via Microsoft Forms
- Exporting into Excel
- Running mail merges
- Selecting templates manually in DocuSign
- No integration with their ATS (Teamtailor)
