“It’s really easy to set up a contract from HubSpot for the sales team and then we have all the templates in there as well. So they just click, set up a contract and then choose the template that they want to have for this client.”

Emma has worked with Oneflow in prior jobs, and when looking for a tool such as Oneflow, there was one thing in particular that made her choose Oneflow again.

Contracts can be a messy process, especially when they’re done manually. At Beatly, according to Emma, things were certainly a little hectic when it came to contracts.

“Before we had Oneflow, we were working in Google Sheets and sending out Google sheets to our clients. So, that took a lot of time.”

That all changed when Beatly started using Oneflow and HubSpot together.

“So of course our customer’s experience has improved since we have uploaded nice logos and pictures. we work with a lot of agencies we work with influencer marketing, right? So in that way we can also show our brand identity. Even when we sign contracts with our clients.”

Now that Oneflow’s digital contracts are being natively used inside of HubSpot at Beatly, things have gotten a little better according to Emma.

“Instead of relying on scattered Google Sheets, we now have everything consolidated in HubSpot, our single source of information. This way, we no longer have to search in multiple places for contracts—they’re all stored in one central location where we can easily access them” she says.

The benefits have spread around the organisation as well. Beyond having just a single source of truth when it comes to contracts, people feel safer in what they’re doing and collaborate more effectively.

She goes on to say, “I’d say collaboration has improved, and the risk of errors has significantly decreased. It’s much easier to get things right when everything is organized. Plus, the team’s frustration has gone down—we can now collaborate more effectively, and nothing slips through the cracks.”
