Using HubSpot to increase efficiency and organizational transparency
Everybody wants to find a rhythm. They want to get in a groove. Or in other words, they want to be on beat and find their flow. Could be for work, personal reasons, or just a strong desire to find their wavelength. That’s one thing that Beatly does when it comes to influencer marketing. They’re always on beat with their campaigns, as it’s quite literally in their name.
Beatly gives brands and companies the ability to improve it’s relationships with influencers. And as we say here at Oneflow, contracts are the foundation of any professional relationship. For Beatly, Oneflow’s digital contracts are used to kick off those relationships.
According to Emma Sjolander, COO at Beatly, they’re great at staying on beat, but in order to maintain that rhythm in their campaigns and operations, they needed another tool to keep things in check. One that worked in tandem with their CRM, HubSpot.
Ease of use was key, and for Beatly, using Oneflow inside of HubSpot is just that.
Just a couple clicks to get a contract
“It’s really easy to set up a contract from HubSpot for the sales team and then we have all the templates in there as well. So they just click, set up a contract and then choose the template that they want to have for this client.”
Creating and sending a contract takes just a couple of clicks for the team at Beatly. And that ease of use as well as a seamless integration was super important for them to have when looking for a solution like Oneflow.
“So that also means that we have everything collected in HubSpot and that’s also important for us since we work with external consultants as well and we need to be able to see the details regarding the contracts. So we have one touchpoint or, one source of information that we go into HubSpot and then Oneflow is already there as well”
Choosing Oneflow over and over
Emma has worked with Oneflow in prior jobs, and when looking for a tool such as Oneflow, there was one thing in particular that made her choose Oneflow again.
“I’ve worked with Oneflow for several years, I would say that for me Oneflow has the number one best UX. So that’s why I choose to work with Oneflow again in my role here at Beatly.”
That’s just one of the many things that she looks for in a new solution. But the list doesn’t stop there, it goes on. How will the new tool best help her and her team work more efficiently she wonders?
Or in Emma’s words, “Be more efficient and more transparent throughout the team.”
The seamless HubSpot integration with Oneflow seemed to do just that.
“And then we also have everything in one place. So that also means that we have everything collected in HubSpot and that’s also important for us since we work with external consultants as well and we need to be able to see the details regarding the contracts. So we have one touchpoint or, one source of information that we go into HubSpot and then Oneflow is already there as well,” Emma said.
Having one single source of truth for your business makes things so much clearer.
Beatly before Oneflow
Contracts can be a messy process, especially when they’re done manually. At Beatly, according to Emma, things were certainly a little hectic when it came to contracts.
“Before we had Oneflow, we were working in Google Sheets and sending out Google sheets to our clients. So, that took a lot of time.”
That all changed when Beatly started using Oneflow and HubSpot together.
“So of course our customer’s experience has improved since we have uploaded nice logos and pictures. we work with a lot of agencies we work with influencer marketing, right? So in that way we can also show our brand identity. Even when we sign contracts with our clients.”
A nice thing about digital contracts is that you can customize them to make them adhere to your brand image and feel. As Emma notes, that’s especially important when you work in Marketing
Beatly after Oneflow
Now that Oneflow’s digital contracts are being natively used inside of HubSpot at Beatly, things have gotten a little better according to Emma.
“We don’t rely on different Google Sheets everywhere, but we have everything in touchpoint, one source of information in HubSpot as well, that we don’t need to look for different contracts in different places, but we have one we know where they, where we collect them,” She said.
The benefits have spread around the organization as well. Beyond having just a single source of truth when it comes to contracts, people feel safer in what they’re doing and collaborate more effectively.
She goes on to say, “I’d say collaboration and also the risk of doing something wrong has decreased. It’s much easier to do it right when we have everything in the right place. And also, of course, the frustration in the team is lower but it is easier to collaborate and we don’t miss things anymore.”
The before and after picture is one that painted pretty clear for those at Beatly. If you want to work more efficiently inside your HubSpot CRM with Oneflow, you can start immediately here.
